Collaborative process promoting mental wellbeing

The goal of psychotherapy is to help clients improve their mental wellness, increase behavioral activation, and develop active and healthy coping strategies to manage mood and reduce distress. I work collaboratively with clients to develop person-specific goals to improve their quality of life. I offer short-term treatment (10-12 sessions) for issues related to rehabilitation, adjustment to injury or illness, mood disorders, anxiety and stress management, and persistent post-concussion symptoms.
