I am Dr. Lesley Ritchie – a board certified clinical neuropsychologist with expertise in sport neuropsychology. I have specialty training and a depth of experience working with professional and recreational athletes who place their trust in me to evaluate and support brain-related and mental health conditions. I am a Neuropsychology Consultant to the National Hockey League and the American Hockey League and am one of three neuropsychologists in Canada to hold Fellow status with the Sport Neuropsychology Society. I am grateful to have the opportunity to work with great people and organizations promoting best medicine for neurological injuries and illnesses in my roles as the chair of the Canadian Chapter of the Sports Neuropsychology Society, an inaugural member of the Sports Neuropsychology Society, and a founding member of the Manitoba Adult Concussion Network (www.macn.ca).
I am very passionate about my professional work and helping clients work through challenging situations. I love working with athletes whose resilience continues to inspire me. I am most proud of and grateful for my husband and two beautiful children, all of whom grace me with their love, laughter, friendship, and goofiness every day.
